1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services, website, and educational programs provided by SharadhaAI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Program Enrollment & Cohort Schedules
SharadhaAI provides live cohort-based programs, interactive masterclasses, and mentored learning tracks (e.g., Mastering Agentic AI @ Path to AI Architect).
- Cohort Dates: Course start dates and schedule details are specified at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify schedule timing with prior notice to participants.
- Attendance & Materials: Live session links, codebase repositories, and office hour recordings are provided solely for enrolled participants.
3. Fees & Promotional Pricing
Course fees (including Early Offer promotional pricing such as ₹9,999 and Standard Batch pricing ₹24,999) must be paid in full prior to the start of the selected cohort batch unless installment options have been explicitly approved in writing.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional value in all our technical masterclasses. Our refund terms are as follows:
- Pre-Cohort Refund: Full refund requests submitted at least 48 hours before the first scheduled live session of your cohort will be processed in full.
- Post-Session Policy: Due to the interactive nature and limited seat allocation of live cohort batches, refund requests made after attending the second live session are generally non-refundable unless approved under special technical circumstances.
- Batch Transfers: If you are unable to attend your selected cohort date, you may request a one-time transfer to a subsequent cohort batch subject to seat availability.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, presentation slides, code repositories, architecture guides, and video recordings provided during the course are the intellectual property of SharadhaAI and its mentors. Enrolled participants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes. Reselling, broadcasting, or publicly redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful decorum during live sessions, Q&A channels, and office hours. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who engages in disruptive, harassing, or unauthorized behavior.
